Aurasync Studios, Inc. (“Aurasync” or “we” or “us”) owns, operates and provides downloadable web-enabled applications, each of which may be branded as Chortopia, Advenchores or another brand owned or licensed by Aurasync (each, an “Application”, and collectively, the “Applications”).
1. Children’s Personally Identifiable Information
We do not target children under the age of majority to register an account on an Application. If your account is not registered on an Application, or if a username has not been created for you under a registered account, we will not make certain features and functionality of the Application available to you.
If you are a parent or a guardian who has discovered that your child under the age of majority has submitted his or her personally identifiable information to us without your permission or consent, we will make reasonable efforts to remove the information from our database, at your written request. To request the removal of your child’s information, please contact us as described in the “How to Contact Us” section below and include in your message your child’s name and the email address that your child submitted.
2. Information Residing on Devices
If you enter the following information into an Application, such information will reside on the device where you run the Application. Aurasync will not knowingly collect the following information from you through an Application:
The names and images of users set up on your registered account (if any), including the names and images of users assigned to various chores. These names and images do not need to be personally identifiable.
Awards, points, chore names & pictures, chore progress & completion dates, and other similar information about the chores or game play.
If you register an account on an Application, we may make available to you and the other users under your registered account links to social media services. If you or the other users also use social media services, you and those other users may be able to share with a social media service information that users entered into the Application and that reside on the device.
3. Information We Collect
When you download, use, or access an Application, or access or use our Website, our servers and third party vendors will automatically store certain information about use of the Application or Website (collectively, “Usage Information”). Usage Information may include the following:
When a user used the Application or Website,
Which parts of the Application or Website a user used,
The order in which a user used individual parts of the Application or Website,
The page, if any, that referred a user to download the Application or use or access the Website, and
Links and graphics within the Application or Website that a user selected.
We may collect Usage Information relating to your use of or access to the Website through session cookies, clear gifs, web beacons and similar technologies that provide information to us while your browser is open. They do not include persistent cookies or other persistent identifiers that would provide information to use after you close your browser and later re-open it.
During account registration, we will ask you for a registrant username and email address (collectively, “Account Information”). We ask that you select a registrant username that does not disclose real names or other information that could identify an individual.
4. How We Use Collected Information
If you forget your password for a registered account, we may ask you to disclose your personal information so that we can verify your account, and we may use your email address so that we can send you a new password.
We will use your email address to respond to messages you send us or to communicate with you about the Applications or your registered account (if any).
We may use Usage Information to improve, operate, maintain and provide the Applications and the Website. By way of example, and not limitation, we may use Usage Information to monitor Applications and Website usage, monitor the effectiveness of our marketing activity, and research, implement, and/or discontinue features and functionality of the Applications and Website.
In the event that we are involved in a merger, acquisition, sale, bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors’ rights generally, or a change of control, there may be a disclosure of your personally identifiable information to another entity related to such event, and we may not control how the information is treated, transferred, or used by that entity.
5. Your Controls and Choices
We provide you the ability to exercise certain controls and choices regarding collected information. Your controls and choices include the following:
even if you are eligible to register an account, you may choose not to do so.
even if you register an account, you may choose not to create usernames under that registered account.
you may correct, update, and delete your information as described in the “Deletion and Correction of Collected Information” section below;
you may change your choices for subscriptions, newsletters, and alerts as described in the applicable subscription, newsletter, or alert;
if applicable, you may request a list of all third parties to which we have disclosed your personal information during the preceding year for direct marketing purposes and a disclosure of the shared information, as described in the “Your California Privacy Rights” section below; and
if applicable, you may request the removal of content you posted and we then collected from you through the Applications or the Website, as described in the “Your California Privacy Rights” section below.
You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information to Aurasync, in which case Aurasync may not be able to provide certain content, features and functionality to you.
We reserve the right to take reasonable steps (such as requesting your password) to verify your identify before granting you access to certain parts of the Applications or making corrections or deletions. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and account information at all times.

6. Deletion and Correction of Collected Information
At your request, we will use reasonable efforts to delete from our active databases your personally identifiable information collected by us. We may retain such information, however, to the extent required by law or if copies are kept in archival backups.
At your request, we will also use reasonable efforts to correct your personally identifiable information contained in our active databases.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of the collected information. We do not, however, warrant the integrity and security of the collected information.

Residents of the State of California, under the California Civil Code, have the right to request from certain companies conducting business in California a list of all third parties to which the company has disclosed personal information during the preceding year for direct marketing purposes and a disclosure of the shared information. Please note that some web browsers and devices permit you to broadcast a preference to websites, web-enabled downloadable applications, and other online services that they “do not track” your online activities. At this time, we do not modify what information we collect or how we use that information based upon whether such a signal is broadcast or received.
If you are a California resident and you are under age 18, you may request the removal of content you posted and we then collected from you through the Applications or the Website. To request such removal, contact us as described in the “How to Contact Us” section below. Please include with your request your username and a clear statement that you would like us to remove such content. We may ask, and you will provide us with, additional details in order to remove such content.
Your request does not ensure the complete or comprehensive removal of the content you posted and we then collected from you through the Applications. We are not required to remove content if you fail to follow our instructions related to such removal or if:
we are required by law to maintain the content;
a third party stored, posted, republished, or reposted the content; or
we anonymize the content so that you cannot be individually identified by it.
10. Governing Law; Jurisdiction
Certain content and features of the Applications and the Website are hosted in the United States. If you download, use, or access an Application, or use or access the Website, from outside the United States or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, storage, or disclosure that differ from the United States laws, please be advised that through your download and use of an Application, which are governed by U.S. law, you may be transferring personal information to the United States and you hereby consent to that transfer.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a “terrorist supporting” country and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
